-Travel plan
My wife Kirat plans the destination and itinerary, I book the flights and pack my suitcase.
- Travel style
Instinctive. I don’t like to plan too much and try to go with the flow.
- Foodie moment as a traveller
So many, from a Michelin starred restaurant in Corsica to juicy burgers at Shake Shack in New York City. One of the most memorable meals I’ve eaten is at a local hole in the wall in New Orleans, a typical mum’s kitchen that had the yummiest jambalaya.
